Moored Wadenhoe, River Nene

A lovely day today, I went walking, of course, to a lovely village fairly close to Wadenhoe called Aldwinckle, and well worth the walk, pics to follow of that.

This evening I have been updating the picture albums.. April for sure is packed with pics, some 122 of them in fact!

There are pictures of snow, pictures of shirt sleeves and pictures of flood waters.. all in one month.. amazing stuff.

Already there are some 17 pics in the May album and it’s only 3 days old.   There is just so much to take a pic of, I am in my element here on the Nene, ‘tis the most beautiful river showing me the most beautiful places…

‘Tis my birthday tomorrow and Annie, my close friend, is going to prepare a meal for us all on Moore2Life.. The grandchildren have sent cakes for me too!  But I gotta wait another year though, for my bus pass!
