Quieter day at Great Haywood

Moored Great Haywood, Trent and Mersey Canal

Just waiting for some post to arrive in the morning before moving off tomorrow.  It gave me a chance to catch up on some paperwork and a bit of a spring clean of some of the cupboard areas today.. You know I still haven’t fully sorted the boxes after our move from No Problem 1 a year ago, but I have always known where everything is.  Now though, things are in better order!

At last No Problem has a licence on view in the window… Officially legal at last!

I forgot to mention last night about Staffordshire Fire Brigade giving a Fire Safety Awareness Event at the Marina here at Great Haywood on Saturday next.  I have heard on the grapevine towpath telegraph that they will be giving free smoke alarms to those that request a safety check.  The Marina told me that anybody can go in to the event.  Might be nice for some who are local to take advantage of a safety check and to have a look inside the new Marina too.
