A day out in Stafford..

Didn't take too long on the bus, and we got some mug shots done of Vic so that I can send off for his bus pass.  This I have to send to Hampshire for, and didn’t bother applying until now because we just are never in Hampshire to be able to really use it!

But next year the bus pass will mean that he can use the buses all over the country with his pass.. and hey so will I!

But that is NEXT year, got a bit to go yet!

The dentist was a waste of time because the bridge he has had made had not come back from the technicians exactly as the dentist had requested, and as it only arrived this morning the Dentist himself had not had time to check it until poor Vic was in the chair!

No worry, we have another appointment next week, and we needed some bits and bobs anyway.  Picked up some new toys for pup Meg to keep her happy while we were there and sent off a couple of birthday cards too.

We were really pleased when we got back to No Problem, Meg had been as good as gold, and had not even taken a shoe off the rack or taken anything off the shelves.. phew she is growing up at last!

So lots of praise for her and both she and Lucy got presents for being good today.

After lunch I took them out for a quick stroll over the fields here at Weston, and on through the churchyard I had to smile at what I saw…
